FAQ
Questions
CUEIRL makes two things for IRL streamers. The CUEIRL app is a free streaming app for iPhone and Android that goes live straight to Twitch, Kick and YouTube. CUEIRL cloud OBS is a dedicated cloud server that switches scenes, stays live through signal drops and streams to every platform at once.
Your stream stays live. After about 6 seconds of weak or no signal your server switches to your BRB scene, and after about 4 seconds of good signal it switches back to you on its own.
Yes. Your phone sends one stream, and your server sends it to Twitch, Kick, YouTube and any custom RTMP or SRT destination at once. If you are a Kick Partner, turn on Kick's Multistreaming toggle when you do.
Only on Starter, which includes 25 streaming hours per month. Base and Pro include unlimited streaming. Servers power down after 10 minutes without a stream or an active user, and restart in under 30 seconds.
No. OBS runs on your CUEIRL cloud server, controlled from the iPhone or Android app or any browser. You only need OBS on your computer to send in your desktop or a camera connected to it.
CUEIRL is in private beta, so new accounts open from the waitlist. Once your spot opens, every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is required to start.
